- Reception, answering phone calls and processing e-mails and correspondence
- Administration support for the management and employees abroad
- Responsability for office premises and materials

Support staff supervision
- Introduction and support of envoys
- Contact person for the envoys

Mobilization support
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of events
- Represent SIM at events, church services and in youth groups

SIM Magazine
- Editorial work for the SIM Magazine
- Creating the design and appearance of the magazine
Desired profile
- Writing and relational skills
- Multilingualism (German, French, English)
- Organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Personal identification with the Christian faith and the values of our organization
- Willingness to actively support the fundraising work of SIM Switzerland
