Sahel Academy in Niamey is looking for a Director to oversee and manage the daily operations of the school, ensuring the effective implementation of its mission.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a diverse team of envoys and local educators, making a lasting impact on education in the region.

The vision of Sahel Academy is to develop students through a holistic education of the highest quality while nurturing a Christ-like character and a heart of service. Each staff member contributes to this strategy not only by nurturing and discipling
students, but also by enabling many envoys families to continue their work amongst unreached people groups in Niger and neighboring West African countries. 

Skills/Passions/Gifts:

• a degree in education or management
• Speaking English and French*

*French would be useful for talking to parents who don't speak English and for liaising with other people outside the school.
